I still like the look of the carry handle on the MP7. I don't usually like MP7s at all, but this makes me like the look of the gun. For me, it totally changes the look of what I otherwise consider an ugly gun. I would love to see one with a full-length carrying handle and give it the Famas look.

Not my cup-o-tea. As a guy who loves his MP7 (never mind that fact that I'm selling it - there's other reasons ;) ), the thought of an Armalite carry handle makes me cringe.

Different folks, different strokes, I suppose.


On a related note, have any of you tried the external battery connector for the MP7?

I'd imagine there's a RoF increase, but are there any problems with the AEP mechbox not being able to handle the output of an 8.4V mini?

Im working on an exterior battery build for an MP7 right now. The nine ball external battery mod upgrade should be here in a few days.
The battery I am using is an 8.4v 600mah nicd batt. I'll let you know if any complications arise.

Only a 600mAH? I suppose starting off small is probably best.

Now get a carry handle mount and stick an ACOG on top of the handle.

Would it not work to drop it into the full stock?

This TF MP7 has amazing ROF. I can't imagine upgrading and re wiring the wires to connect a 8.4v.

Although, this would look awesome on it. Short m16 stock.

I really cant see the shorty armalite stock attaching properly at all, the MP5 stock Im currently working on only requires a slight bit of modifacation to fit the MP7.

Yeah, I'm not too crazy about the short stock idea. I'm visualizing it and it just doesn't jive with me...
