Hey all, newbie here. Just started grabbing some gear at the recent Toronto Airsoft convention. Had a blast and met some awesome people. I live and work in Mississauga, and cant wait to play some outdoor games this summer. Im trying to get some good advice before buying my AEG, so far snooping on the forums there really is some great newbie advice. I don't plan to half ass here, i have a lot of ex Military friends and would like to do tactical games and enjoy the immersion.

Looking forward to playing with some of you, possibly at Ultimate Airsoft or an outdoor event.

Yes the ASG guys are good people. I totally enjoyed playing at their Sunday event at ambush.

Hello everyone,

My name is Jordan, I'm 26 and I live in Toronto. I have never played airsoft before, nor ever joined a forum so I'm a pretty big Newbie. I have played paintball, and enjoyed it, but I started reading how airsoft offers a more tactical and "slower" pace than paintball so I immediately got excited and began my research two weeks ago. Now I am on the road to purchasing a rifle and I know what I am looking for so the only challenge for me after that will be finding games in Toronto where groups will gladly accept me! I checked out Ultimate Airsoft today and I also know of the fields in Hamilton and the Niagara Region (Where I'm from originally). Anyway, I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can and I'll see you on the "field".

There are plenty of games in the GTA check out the events section on here and you shall see them.
There is a game comming up on the eastef weekend at the warsoftnation foeld you can google em or check em out on facebook and there will be a buttload of games as the weather warms up so keep yer eyes peeled and youll find plenty both indoor and out.
Ill be out at the warsoft field next saturday as it seems that will be the busy day that weekend. Post up in game threads and ask about rental and or loaner guns if you wanna get a feel cor diferent guns befor you buy lotta folks are happy to help a new player out.
Be sure to get age verified and you cak browse the clasifieds on here and folks will be more helpfull if/when you habe questions about getting guns and such.

Am glad I found this community and glad I found that airsoft events actually do occur in Ontario. Bought me a WE M4 CQB today and hopefully the rest of my gear soon!
