Raging bull, constrictor, or deagle?, Please help me choose between these guns
 

Okie, basic problem, I have to choose between these nice guns...but I have no idea which one would suite me best. I have already a WA 92FS Perfect Version. And I really like the idea of the Hard Kick blow back...i also love the idea of having a spinning chamber and removable shells... so my basic questions is, which is best for: accuracy, speed and just an over all great gun? I’m not skirmishing; this is basically just for target practice and fun. Here are the exact guns:

Anybody with these guns, PLLLEASE comment, I hear the Raging Bull has crap accuracy...I’m not really going for balls out shooting fast, I’m fine with cocking it back and aiming and firing. I also want the gun to be powerful...so maybe like puncture a coke can. I’m only going to be using Abby's 134 gas. Also, it doesn’t matter that its sold out, ill just find a retailer who has it in stock, I just supplied those links cause it has a good picture, stats, and description.

Also, feel free to recommened the best 1911 Colt (the WWII gun) out there...I'm also considering adding a 1911 into this grouping...maybe....but yet again I want something different since I already have a beretta

Ive had the DE and the raging bull. IMO the DE is nice, simple and has a nice kick. The Raging bull is also nice, good weight and feel but the grip is crap, its squeaks and it feels cheap. Also if u want a spinning chamber dont get the Bull its too tight and wont spin... at all.

So i would get neither but if i HAD to chose: DE hardkick

I had a Raging Bull a long time ago. It was awesome, and I wish I could find another one. But it was only for the bling factor. Good luck holstering it. Like Manson said the grip is crap. Its 2 piece rubber. I tried electrical tape and super glue, which tightened it up a bit, but it was still kinda junky. I never had any problems with accuracy though. Loads of power on green gas, and the heavy 8mm BBs helped too but they dont come cheap. The filler valve was kinda fineky. And dont lose your shells cause they arent cheap either. :wink:

It was a toy but man I would love to find another one.

Everybody feel free to suggest other guns....im also thinking of the Colt 1911 series, im a big WWII buff...so if anybody also has a good suggestion on a well built, accurate, and powerfull Colt 1911, please do inform me :-D thanks again guys you've been a real big help

Any WA. On average, they're the most fun to shoot in my opinion. It's best if you stick to SCW or SCW2 though.

Ah, i see what ya mean, I have a WA M92FS Original Perfect Version, so im looking at something for a change of pace....know of any damn good WWII looking 1911 Colts? I see WA has a crap load of varients. (Something not too outrageous in price...200 being the tops, the lower in price, the more accessories i can buy for it)

take a look at gbb prices from canadian retailers. your not going to find a good gbb for less than 250 unless you find a super deal on a used one.

I own a Constrictor Maxi.

I have some mixed feelings about it, despite generally loving it.

Like the Raging Bull, it has crap grips (plastic, not that comfortable unless you're wearing gloves) and is skirmish -impractical (virtually impossible to holster, only 6 rounds, its slower reloading a revolver than an automatic, even with a speedloader).

However, that being said, it's impressively big (the top deck can mount an M4 carry handle, to give you an idea of size), it's heavy, it has a lot of metal, asides from the grips the non-metal parts seem metallic enough (given the heft, you never really question it), it uses shells, it handles green gas/propane, it packs a nasty punch and it's scary accurate.

In the right situation, I'd skirmish this gun, but not as a sidearm; it has great accuracy and more power than stock "shorty" AEGs, so you can really make those 6 shots count.

Double action is a long, hard pull... but in SA you get a nice crisp hairtrigger action. The rear sight is adjustable for elevation and windage, hopup is adjustable, and the feature that drew me to this (i'm not a fan of antique firearms in general) was that it has a generally modern/scifi-ish look to it (point of interest, the gun is generally based off of a Colt Anaconda, with a customized barrel and rails added - so the gun IS "custom", i.e., Colt doesn't produce a "Constrictor")

You can easily add a variety of optics onto the top rail (hey you had you get a custom holster anyway, so why not) and the bottom rail will fit a tactical light (the 2x CR123a Xenon bulb type) without it protruding past the barrel (ditto on holstering that setup).

One last caveat, the gun is very heavy (~1.3 kg without accessories) and the posterchild for unbalanced (the grip being at the rear, BEHIND all the actual weight); you'd be best be working out if you plan on aiming this gun steadily with one hand.

So your happy with the Constrictor's accuracy even at double action? Its a really hard decision between the Constrictor and the Desert Eagle.... I just want to make sure im making the right decision. And the most important thing to me is power and accuracy, you said it has quite the punch, what do you mean exactly..and is it safe to use green gas/propane? Also, can it tear through a coke can? THANK you very much for your reply since there is null info out there about the constrictor
