BioTech BB's

Since these BB's are required at my field I would like to know where i can get them. I heard that they are the only bb's which are actually "biodegradable" but i cant seem to find a retailer which sells them. It can be international since i dont really mind the shipping cost. I appreciate the help.

Bioval; not BioTech. You can get them from the US I believe but I don't know who carries them here in Canada.

There is actually BioTech aswel. I was looking around and have found them although they are in the UK. http://www.ironfoot.co.uk/shop/index...d&productId=96

Before anyone mentions it, I got TM Bio-degradable ones. They don't "bio-degrade" so well...

I have no experience with these however.

I stand corrected. The Bioval ones are supposed to be the best on the market for biodegradability though. Heard that they don't work too well in some guns but ymmv.

Edit: Just did a google. The BioTech BBs are the brand name Bioval BBs. Same thing. If I'm wrong somebody please help clarify. Thanks.

Arnies did a test of different biodegradable BBs.
http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/?filn.../bio_tests.htm

They tested Biotech/Bioval in there, and they are (according to the article) the only real biodegradable BBs availible.

I read that article aswel, which is why i wanted the BioTech BB's.

ps: And yes, I believe that BioTech is the brand name for Bioval. Thanks for clarifying. :)

Unfortunately, I can't find someplace that sells them for you. Try asking one of the older members, or even ask Tru or another retailer if they'll import some for you if it comes to that.

Thanks but if you look at my secound post youll see that i already found a seller :P

I'm told they take at least 9-12 months to really look like they are starting to degrade....

Can't be any worse then pieces of plastic, that's almost as bad as styrofoam. I'm interested to see what our field is going to look like in 20 years if we continue to play there.

yanhchan February 6th, 2006 18:14

Keep playing and the field will be all BBs...and you can sell the BBs to the stupid noobs with springer....

ksc also makes biodegradables. I suggest buying a couple large packs from the US, therefore saving money on shipping instead of doing 2-3 indevidual orders whenever you need ammo.
