what do you mean never how can they be in business if they never reply web order.
and on arnieairsoft they tell that they have rare pieces and part and they are the best of its a little out dated from 2002 but he said
Their email replies are prompt and to the point and both pre and post service communication are good.

There's the answer to your question.
They're still in business because they have a very strong walk-in store front in Hong Kong.
Customer service is not a strong point of theirs, and they don't care because people still give them money to get those rare parts. It's something that I've had to deal with as well when I was in Hong Kong. As much as I don't want to give them my money, they have parts that I DO want that nobody else has.
There was a point in time when I made it well known to them on SEVERAL occassions that I was ready to give them $5,000 to $10,000 PER MONTH, but they didn't feel like responding to any of my emails. Their loss.
I don't mind talking this smack about them on a public forum because I do hope that they read it and pick up their act.
