plastic parts formula

Hi,

I noticed a lot of mods out there in which the plastic bodies of aegs have been added too or completely recreated. I'm planning on making an optics handle for my G36 set and I need help with the formula to make a strong but still flexible handle for it. I know most people would tell me to just by one but I haven't found one that I like.

So far I was considering aluminte with fibreglass reinforcements, or maybe going with some type of carbon fibre composite. Does anyone have any previous experience with this?

fiber glass would be the easiest to use, u can shape it to pretty much anything u want, and with the mesh itll be fairly durable. the only con would be that thin parts can break easily under sudden impacts with hard objects. The amount of resin to hardening compound depends on how quickly u want it to solidify.

stick with the aluminte, its strong enough on its own. dont add fiberglass, it just gets too messy. And carbon fiber is to expensive and unnessicary.
