Yeah, about the cel surplus one. I was going to buy one from them too, but I can't tell if its shady or not. What I wanted to know is if it would fit under my arktis 1601 vest, and not look stupid.

But if you're looking exclusively for a Cadpat style tac vest, I'd recommend the arktis 1601 from oneshottactical.com. Seriously nice vest for what you pay!

Also, I have noticed that they have changed their web site, possibly the change was as recent as the beginning of the month, hence the 500+ views. I can for sure say they are good, I ordered some boots from them a while back, everything went down without a hitch.

Are you looking for fjust frag protection and nothing more ? or do you want like level2 or 3a for 9mm and the like ?

I don't see any FPVs getting surplussed soon due to fear of impersonation of CF personnel, and I would not recommend getting one as they are fragmentation only and are not rated. Of course, you could always get one through alternative means but that's illegal.

If you're looking for a replica then I would say talk to someone who can custom make one for you, or just insert some foam into a cover.

Because, you know, you're gonna be shot at in airsoft with lots of 9mm... :rolleyes:
