problem with WCG
 

Hi dear,
i know that here is not good place where post but rigth 3D is close to me.

I want report to your my problem with WCG shop, about 2 mount ago this shop decide to take only bank to bank money order from europe buyers, i don't like this and ask to refound my little credit from this shop....

At this moment after my request to refond (15 days) i don't have refound and noone of this shop reply to my e-mail.

I don't know if canadian user can buy or not out of canadian country but first to buy from this shop stop one moment and think to me......

have ordered with them many many times. always had lightning fast turn around and communication. i think its just your one case

Well i can tell you this. I complained about a bad part and they never answered me. It wasn't a big deal but still... $15 in the garbage.

His english is still probably better than some of the immigrants who have lived in Canada for years. lol :)

Makes me think of McDonald drive through... oh gawd....

first to this problem i'm great buyers and i'm so happy about WCG service....... bank to bank money trasfer with "our" shipping cost is more espansive for italian user (15 eur plus about other 10 eur for bank transit and about 5 eur for HK bank, 25-30 eur only to pay, price of items, 25-30% of value and shipping cost of custom tax......... i can find better price in all europe country).

But with all do respect, you may have hard time trying to understand each other if neither of you're english are very good.

One bad transaction isn't any reason for you to blacklist them, much less us blacklisting them.

I have try to contact this shop but after last reply (21/11/08) this don't reply to my e mail.

My english can to be terrible but i'm working in italian bank but in this situation i can't make nothing (i can't asking refound from paypall or contact credid card service after this time).......... is possible that i missing my little credid (this is not big problem for me) but i want that all user know this situation.

Like i said before my now problem can to be yours future problems......

I start to think that my low know of english can't to be explane my problem with this shop....... there are some user that speak italian lenguage that can make bridge to me from you.

my problem isn't bad transaction but only try to refound from this shop........

Yes but since they started doing wire transfer only for European customers (that's what I'm understanding anyways), they're basically getting screwed by the banks because of the wire transfer fees.

OP: Thanks for the heads up. Personally it would have to take a few bad deals to make me wary about ordering from them.
