HI Guy
I want to know what do you think i have a TM G36C and i want this winter to made my g36 to a MG36 with bipod ,drum mag , change the stock to a stock can have bigger battery to have a better rate of fire like this picture WHAT DO YOU THINK I change my name post because i want some information i cant find on google or asc. If i want to upgrade my g36c to a Mg36 do i need to change my cylinder on my g36 because the stock cylinder cant take a 506mm thank |
G36 conversion kit (handguard, barrel, bipod)
G36 carry handle G36k/G36 folding stock OR KV battery stock Beta-C drum mag Had one before... check my AWB link at the bottom... |
Everything KOS-MOS said is what you will need, if you want the rifle to be authentic to that picture u will need a STAR/ARES carry handle with the double optics, but from what i hear they arent that great.
As for the stock to be authentic to the picture u will need a K stock which is a little bit longer than your C stock. However if you want a big battery you will need a V stock. Or you could just rear wire ur mechbox and put a pouch on the stock or something. |
You're looking to make a "MG36", not a "G36K LMG".

The picture is just for exemple. I want to convert my g36c to a K version and made a light machine gun whit drum mag bipod and V stock for bigger battery. But i want to know if it is a good gun to make this project or im losing my time?????
|

ANYbody have some opinion im losing my time with my g36 or it a good gun to do this project
I want your opinion???????????????????? |
G36 are a great gun and have lots of support in the aftermarket products.
But if you want to make a MG36 you need a G36 or G36E length handguard inner and outer barrels as it is longer than the K length. Getting the Battery stock is a great addition, especially if you get the battery thats made for it so you can still fold the thing. Avoid c mags the G36 ones suck. Our local G36 and hK expert has gone through a few and they all have been dissapointing. For proof look up Darklen's Hero Arms review. So in this csae use a box mag. Now as far as internals go do you want high power or high speed. If you want middle ground expect to spend some cash. |
Not to boast, but:
http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=46140 I did pretty much the same thing, and everything I did to mine is documented. As for whether it's a good conversion or not, I wouldn't have it any other way. Hope that helps! |
Thank guy for your answer thank again

Thats what i would do at least |
If you have never really played, you won't need any high speed setup.
Though it might sound fun, nobody will like someone hosing a drum mag for 5 minutes... So just stick to 9.6v and stock gear ratio. You will find it quite fast if you use a good quality battery. I had a C-Mag before. Brand was DBoy. It came broken, but the fix was very easy. The little gear with the counter-weight was pulled out of place and there was a wire that was broken. After everything was put back in place, it could feed 35 rnd/sec no problem. |
thank yes i play one game a month but it think i will start with a good battery 9.6 in a stock and i will see next summer after i finish this project this winter
