What's the best/worst experiences you've had with your, or someone elses grenade launcher or a crazy grenade thrown out or at you. A nade out the tube that merked 2 or 3 people (I'll pray for more), if you've seen an awkward toss that got more than it bargained for or anything bogus like that

How about an RPG that someone's dragged that out and used it in a game, you seen that puppy smoke anyone?
