Yes, there are no possession or use (in a responsible recreational manner) offences for prohibited devices. No, that does not mean other offences cannot exist.
I kinda agree with Kalnaren on this due to all the noobs being confused with all the "not for sale to civilians" BS, but you are right about the replica firearm law being the way it is, but they obviously aren't enforcing it or else the whole community would be incarcerated
