Actually I go through a LOT less ammo than 300 rounds per game, and that's using my AEG. Been a couple game days where I'd barely make it though a midcap. I remember the least amount of ammo I ever went through, was sniper rifle and suppressed MK23, I fired four shots and got three kills, one was with my pistol. Granted I was in stealth mode at the time, but was also going 15 vs. 15 vs. me. Another time I lugged my MP5 and M24 for an evening/night game, I barely used a locap, and only fired off four shots with my rifle (all after 10pm) and net three kills.
Thing being, I feel like going around without my chest rig, without a pile of mags on me, just want to give the shotty a run for a while and see what happens. And my getting the C11 is purley to have a cheap gas pistol I can count on, at least til I get my G19s working (once I got one working great for a half dozen mags at home, only to find out it spewed gas first shot at the game when I needed it). At least I have a working kick ass MK23 now that I can count on working, but if not, the C11 will be there with me next year, provided it keeps working.
