When I installed a Guarder loading muzzle for TM 1911's in my ex-Socom Gear, the nozzle extended too far into the hop up chamber, thus pushing each BB out of the barrel before it could be shot out via gas propulsion. When you rack your slide by hand to chamber a BB, will a BB roll out of your barrel, similarly to your video? I just sanded mine down by hand until I could rack the slide and have a BB stay stuck in the chamber, resting just on the BBU-side of the hop up rubber nub.

actually, i tried just racking the slide back without firing, and the bb's just fall out of the barrel, which part of the loading nozzle did u sand?
