So yeah pretty self explanitory, what would be a good way/best way to get paintball goo, out of my kit, I've got 600d and 1000d Codura stuff.

hand wash detergent? Just water? Laundry detergent?

I did a quick search in the nub forums and the FAQ groups to no avail.
