Wire cutter/stripper, soldering iron and shrink tube. Do a search either here or via Google. There are basic soldering/wiring videos out there. Effectively soldering the wires from your old harness to wires on your new connector.
Alternate method would involve a crimper instead of a soldering iron. I prefer to solder, though - it's sturdier.
