I'll add that if you're 18 or over, and price is a sticking point, then you should look for an age verifier in Toronto and get age verified (AV'd). There are AV-only sub-forums on this site where both Canadian retailers and forum members offer a wide range of discounted airsoft guns and gear, all the way from entry-level to advanced.
Through there, you could very likely score an upgraded mid-range AK for what you'll see a low-range AK retail for outside of this site.
