ICS M4 has the split gearbox design that makes it very easy to do maintenance like clean and regrease o-ring piston and gears.
(so if you are a maintenance person go ICS no contest)
It also allows you to switch the upper gearbox (read "spring") in about 30sec.
(with an extra upper gearbox you also switch from inside power say (350fps)to outside power at will without trouble (go see video on you tube))
Plus the ICS hop-up is one of the best unit on the market today adjust once and forget unless you change bb weight (.28g work very well) stick with ICS rubber and bucking
Note that if you upgrade your barrel, the ICS barrel has a groove (for an extra o-ring) that upgrade barrel like prometheus don't have (2 turns of 2mm wide electric tape solve that situation)
Downside the (body) is specific so you have to use an ICS body but since yours is already metal... I don't see a problem
Buffer tube is real steel diameter not Tokyo marui
The rest like internals is standart version 2 (piston, cylinder,etc)
The only limitation to this AEG is the FPS (around 415 to 425fps max) because of the split gearbox design but again because of actual field limitation not really a problem.
This AEG also responds quite well to upper gearbox blueprinting,
I never personnally owned a G&G so I'll keep quiet on that one
