Don't do anything. If you've arranged with the store to go back and see what's up...leave it to them.

Take your battery/charger too. Ask them to try a known-good battery. Any shop that can't/won't do that isn't worth spending a penny with. They should have a good charger to charge your battery too.

Hopefully you'll be able to pin it to the battery and/or the charger. Beyond that and you're looking at what's up with the gun. Could be anything from a mangled piston, to a broken tooth, to a marginal motor, etc...
