The worst I ever had was having a sniper with a twitchy finger shoot me while I was approaching the safe zone. 3 feet away, 400 FPS with a .28, right in the crotch. Thank goodness for the relative padding effects of Polyester. :P
And there was also the time both me and another guy tried to breach the same door at the same time from different sides. The door swung open and clocked me in the face while I was turning the doorknob. We were both dazed, so we called ourselves out.
