From my experience it's not worth it unless you're a fan of brittle polycarb piston heads. Torque-up gearset is also not necessary if you upgrade your motor to a nicer ACM one than what's in your VFC right now. With the torque-up gearset, your rate of fire will be teh suck.

Besides the above, everything else is solid.

Why not build up your current VFC box? I've worked on several and find them extremely easy to work with.
