If you read the disclaimer, it also says not to point at people or animals because it will cause 2nd degree burns in under 10 seconds and damage the retina.
They also list that it is not a toy.
Basically everything they sell is not a toy, but somehow advertised like one.
*edit* also, it will melt your gun.
