If you have a warranty going on, best thing is to make use of it

You should go back to where you got it (mau we know where?) and ask for an exchange or prof. repair

If your motor seems to work, it might be your gears seizing up due to a crooked gear or something blocking the piston. You shouldn't try to operate it until you know what's the issue or you might worsen the problem
