They do ship to Canada, I have ordered many stuff (mostly eastern block bayonets) in several times from northridgeinc.
But their website don't work for ordering from out side of US, so you will need to call them to make the order.
If you email them to ask questions they may not reply it for weeks, so I would suggest call them to ask any questions as well.
