Scotch brite.
Repaint.
Fine ssnd paper.
Baby tears. (jk that one dont work lol)
If you want it tan with that dusted or warn out look go scotch brite or repaint black then dust tan.
I personnaly would sand or scotch brite the whole thing down and repaint it.
Sometimes nail polish remover or paint thinner will work but its stinky and will likely strip it to metal.
Full strip/sand and repaint will give the best results layers on layers of paint will start to look crappy
