Currently have 6, getting a seventh this week. On my current loadout, I can carry 7+1 between my plate carrier, belt and gun, but will generally run 5+1. I also have an ARES Combat XII pack, that if I wanted could hold another 6 in the mag pouches at the top, but I can't see myself ever needing to carry 14 mags on the field, even for a 24 hour milsim, and even at 30 rounds a mag...

EDIT: Should specify that's currently all STANAG, but am changing out to PMAG's, and will keep the arrangement the same, and simply adjust to the additional weight.
