You don't need a fuse for a MOSFET because the time it takes for the fuse to open far outstrips the time it takes for you to destroy your MOSFET if you do in fact have a failure like a short.

Some MOSFETs do come with resettable thermal polyfuses which I've found are only tripped when the rated current is sustained for some time.
