I've been upgrading a 1911 GBBP and with all upgrades in im averaging 290-300FPS

I am using Propane

Upgrades

DYNA Piston Head
Madbull Bucking
Madbull 6.03 TB Inner Barrel (standard length)

Is this an average FPS with this many compression upgrades?

seems low to me..
