Bought my JPC from CTOMS in Edmonton this play season. I was not impressed at all with the build quality. I went back to CTOMS and I was shown all of the vests that they had in stock. about 20 Coyote ones in various sizes and many MC ones. They all had in my opinion poor stitching quality.
That said I have been using the rig for games and RS shooting courses and it's held up excellent. It certainly does not impress in terms of build quality compared to HSGI, Dropzone, LBT that I have owned previously. I do not believe the JPC is backed by a life time guarantee like the LBT, HSGI carriers are either.
If I could do it over again, I would try and physically use or inspect a Mayflower APC, BFG LMAC before making the JPC decision.
IMO it seems their to be a strong trend towards disposable gear. Wear the carrier / pouch for one maybe two rotations and toss it into the trash.
