You won't find many Eastern Block handguns, they are far and few. And you defenitly won't find any up to date Russian handguns like the MP-4XX series (Same manufacture as Makrovs)
Closest airsoft weapons are
Hudson TT-33 (Which is really a WW2 weapon)
CZ-75 (Czech)
Skorpion (more of a SMG but is still Eastern blockish)
Walther PPK (Close enough to a Makrov)
Most eastern block players will carry a CZ-75 if anything at all. Normal tactics are that Spetsnaz do not usually carry a backup handgun though as that isn't standard practice.
As for primarys Alex is close the more modern 74/AKM with plastic grips are the most common AK's for Spetsnaz units. You will however see a large mix of whatever they feel like, you'll even see a number of older AKM's with folding stocks in the field.
