Like it says I am new to airsoft and I believe I'm going to buy a metal/plastic GBB Glock 17. Now, I have read that .20g BB's are the best for normal airsoft guns. Is it safe to use .12g BB's? I assume they will just have a higher FPS. Will they affect the gun at all or damage it? Also, is it safe to dry fire a GBB hand gun with/without a mag full of gas? One last thing. I've read that gas lasts about 2 mags worth of BB's. Is this true, or what is the average?
