well it really depends, i mean a TM or crapsoft wouldnt hurt at all, but a western arms beretta or my G&P 249, I cringe just thinking about hitting OTHER people with those guns lol
TM's are all plastic but those 249's are just solid blocks of metal, leave a heck of a dent in your helmet
