I'd have to find the gas comparison chart, but I seem to remember that the numbers you gave of 20-30 psi is the difference between CO2 and propane / green gas. I could see green and propane having different pressures because even though they're the same base gase, they do have different additives, but I don't think there'd be that much of a difference. 20-30 psi is a pretty substantial difference.
