I rented or brokered a rental for someone a couple of times. Prices ranged from 25$ to 40$, and I got IIRC a TM M4 RIS, TM Sig 552, TM G36c, and TM something else (...AK?).
Go for something durable physically, newbs tend to beat the shit out of guns. TM P90s for all!
