Ok, so I went out and bought a bushnell 3-9x50 scope to replace the crappy one the well l96 comes with. So I wondering if I should even be mounting it on, or if i should get a gun smith, or someone more expereinced at a game to do it for me, because I'm not sure how to properly mount it so that it is even and correct. And how do you guys go about zeroing in your scopes? I don't have a large area to zero it in where i live, but there would be at the field, but then i would risk not having it zeroed in for the game time.

*edit* found out that the scope mounts that came with the bushnell are too low, and it wont fit.
