I had BB and pellet guns since I was 13 or 14 years old. My father only ever bought 1 for me that I got for Christmas when I was 15. By the time I was 18, I had about 20 of them, all bought out of my own pocket from money I made shovelling driveways in winter and mowing lawns in summer. Not all kids rely solely on their parents.
That being said, who knows where Hitman gets his money. He could sell crack for all we know. And in the end, whether he bought his guns himself or his parents bought them, what the hell does it matter to people anyway? I'd be interested in hearing how many of the people that are blasting parents buying stuff actually paid for their own iPods, computers, video games, etc when they were living with their parents.
