Unfortunately not. I haven't had much "quality time" to spend with one so i could take it apart and fondle her.
The last one I saw it happen on was a VFC who's owner I don't care for much. So I didn't give it more than a passing glance. I would imagine its some kind of a fault in the selector/trigger mechanisms.
