If the mechbox is working...and the hopup rubber does look good...and the mags appear to feed...but it's not shooting, then there's something else going on. Could be really straight forward, or not. A good gun doc will be able to eyeball it, swap parts in and out and check it over.
It'll be faster and a lot less headaches than trying everything that people can dream up and post on the internet.
PS. it should shoot until there's only a couple of bbs left in the hopup (3-4) and there's no spring pressure left. Otherwise is should shoot every time.
