Sorry I think I contributed to some confusion. The pic above isn't related to the vests I was describing, LOL! That was taken a couple of weeks ago at a scrim and I threw it in as a random M90 picture. All the gear is by Tacgear.
The vest I'm looking for is the 94K I believe. It's the one everyone has told me is impossible to get, and if I do get one it is stolen government property. I wish to remain lawful in my acquisitions regardless of country, so a legitimately purchased one would be nice! Sadly I think that will be a long time in coming.
