I had this problem with my old HFC Glock, but I was able to remedy this problem.
What you must do is take the outer barrel out of the slide (search the web how to field strip it) and take a grinder and shave down the barrel. I found mine was rubbing against the outer barrel as it may be too thick, so giving it a good once over with a grinder or a dremel with a very abrasive piece should do the trick. Just look on your outer barrel and see where the resistance is worst and start from there. After a couple minutes of grinding, put it back together and see if it needs any more.
This method worked flawlessly for me, as well as a couple more people I explained this too with their HFC Glocks.
