Midwest Industria Universal AK Rail - Is there an Airsoft Version?
Hello all,
does anyone know if a company makes an airsoft version of this handguard? http://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/...ategory_id=241 I couldn't find anything on it, and it doesn't look like the RS version would mount to well to an AEG. Thanks! Last edited by Mirodasc; June 17th, 2010 at 22:10.. |

RS version should be mountable with very slight modifications actually...
but WTF AK=/=rails.

That's a good looking rail. Sorta like the Sampson one. There's a copy of the short (Krinkov size) Sampson but I don't think I saw one for the full size one.
But judging by how even the Sampson mounted, I think it would probably fit airsoft. Looking at it I'm guessing there's a mounting block that clamps to the barrel/gas tube, and you just screw the rails right into it.
