Too pricey?

Would paying 450 canadian for a dboys FN SCAR-L be too much? I'm just asking because i'm looking to get into 'softing and i know its not probably not the best starter gun but to hell with it.

From what i understand thats what the price might possibly be for a GBB of the same weapon...

In canada the prices are 2-3x, sometimes 5x the prices over seas. So $450 for the DBoys SCAR aeg is about average. GBB rifles generally run for much more than that.

Be wary of the source of the gun, be sure that it ships from a canadian address to avoid issues with customs.

For more choice, get age verified and shop all you want

for a dboys gun the scar light is a very good gun , at least as good if not better than my classic army one which is twice the price

Er, I'd take Classic Army over anything Dboys makes. I've seen the Dboys scar.. the tan one looks like it's made out of brass. I'd also take CA internals over DBoys any day.

It really depends on the condition it's in. If it's pretty close to new condition, 450 is about par for a gun of Dboys quality. If it's in rough shape, the value depreciates.

What you hear is correct, even though dboys quality has increased slightly over the years (either that or people standards have gone down) Classic Army is still a better company in most aspects.

Everyone has their own preferences, I would choose a CA SLR105 series over any dboys ak. However I would choose King Arms and G&P over TM and CA any day.
