This is for the longer M16 and its only one piece and its 14CW. Im looking for 14.5", 2 piece and 14CCW

Hey guys, Ive decided to get a Larue Tactical 7" RIS for my M4. I have a few questions for you experts if you dont mind:

1. I have found that only 2 companies that make the rail I want:

King Arms 7.0 Inch Tactical Handguard- http://www.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/...special&rs=RIS and RAS
Element LT Handguard 7 Inch: http://www.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/...special&rs=RIS and RAS

Im having a tough time deciding which one to get. I really like the Element one since it's alot cheaper and has the "Larue" trades, but i think the quality and built of the King Arms is better. Which one would you recommend?

2. The delta ring for both of these LT 7" RIS is different than the standard delta ring that came with my CA M15A4. Would these new LT 7" RIS even be able fit on my AEG?

3. Do most people that use the LT 7" RIS use a triangular front sight or a folding front sight?
