TM P90 Upgrade questions

First off. I have the red DOT version.
Is there anywhere I can buy and replace the upper with the TR version? and will that clear customs?

Onto what I'd like to add

Which seems like you screw it in? but is exactly what I want I do believe.

I'm pretty sure that bolts onto the front?

Post a want ad for the upper, I bought and sold a few on here from guys who'd done upgrades to metal kits. It is the forbidden part so if customs will seize it.

One of the criteria is where the SN is stamped on the real deal.

CBSA doesn't care if it's a replica or not in this case, just that if the real one is banned then any copy of one is also.

P90or ps90 are not banned, it's just made in USA and US did don't like exporting any firearms.

The upper reciever would be the controled part on any P90 variant.
