Ak Gearbox-G&P M120 or M140

Hi,
I am currently rebuilding the Gearbox for my Ak and was wondering which motor would be better suited for it. The G&P M120 or The G&P M140.
Im aiming towards the middle of High ROF and Longer Lasting.

The Internals are A modify smooth FTK

The Spring is a Modify S110+ Spring (approx. 400 fps)
Thanks :P

I beleive the m140 motor would be the best option... it seems to be one told to me constantly when I ask LOL

The models 120 and 140 is related to the spring stiffness (as far as g&p is concerned). Although the 120 will pull 400fps just fine, the 140 has more torque and will most likely last longer.
