You need a Business Firearms License with a special provision to import movie props. AFAIK, these licenses cost about $10,000 a year to maintain.

Your question was answered. If you wanted more detail then the general answers you got then you should probably research it yourself.

Its not a secret mystery its just not worth doing for your avarage consumer, Just like franchising a mcdonalds just to get cheap pop is not something an avarage consumer would do.
