Possible importable TM Five-Seven
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/eac-custo...tom-clear.html
What do you guys think? This might be an import option for those unwilling or unable to be AV'd. |

For those unwilling I suppose that its what they will have to life with.
For those unable, 90% of those unable are not legally considered adults. If I really wanted a Five Seven then Id rather spend the small extra amount and not have something clear. There are better things for a persons money to be spent on.

Maybe maybe not but it's still up to whoever inspects the package at the Point of Entry. The CBSA plays by their own rules and although you have a chance of appealing the seizure, do you really want to go through all the headache?
I personally wouldn't try it because I have better things to do with my personal time but if you've got nothing better to do than go back and forth between yourself and the CBSA/RCMP and get it sent to a lab for testing and all that then by all means go ahead but realize in the worst case you'd waste a lot of time.

You probably know that most people aren't very friendly to those who want to buy a gun but don't want to get AV'd... but as far as that is concerned, yeah. IT would be legal, however as L473ncy said, its basically down to how the inspector's day is shaping up. Personally I wouldn't risk it but you likely have more disposable income then I do :P.
