Warranty on G&G guns

Anyone has experience warranty work for G&G purchased in calagry. I purchased a gun in calgary and 1 week in the body cracked. The company sent it off for warranty and its been three weeks and no word. I have emailed the company and they said that they have not heard anything from the manufacturer and will inform when they have information.

How long does warranty usually take?

Where did you buy the gun?

You could also try contacting C.A.S (Canadian airgun supply) I believe they are the ones that are bringing G&Gs into Canada.

Although, sorry to say this, if four weeks have already passed since the purchase, you might be out of luck.

Worst case scenario, go and get yourself age-verified and you will have access to the parts classifieds section here, there are a number of replacement bodies available, plastic or metal.

All the best,
Ben

Alright, it sounds like its in the works. Do you know where he sent it?

If it was sent back to G&G in Taiwan, it might take a while. If it was just sent to C.A.S. hopefully you should have a replacement soon.

C.A.S has a 1-877 number on their website, you could try calling them and asking how long warranties usually take

Sorry we can't help you more, airsoft warranties are a rare thing, especially in Canada.

It would have been sent back to CAS. What kind of gun was it? M4, it should be done. If it was an AK, you'll be waiting a long time, they don't have any replacement AK bodies at the moment.

It was an M4 CQB. Should I just contact CAS myself?

Here is the info i received.

When product comes in for repair, they all get worked on in the order they were received. Repair process can take up to 4-6 weeks and once your product has been diagnosed, repaired, shipped or any fees you may need to pay, your retailer should be in contact with you.*

If you are needing more detailed information you must have Plastic Soldier follow up directly with our Tech department for further status updates.

Just an update. It only took less than a month for my warranty to return. Thanks Shayne from Plastic Soldier for the great service.
