TK Twist Clone
While browsing through ehobbyasia, I found this barrel. It's brand is FALCON.
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/upgrade-p...aug-509mm.html Any thoughts on this? Also the hop up bucking that comes with it has 2 contact points. |

That hopup rubber looks good (like a Firefly rubber) but I have doubts about the "rifling" barrel.

My personal thoughts on the first one:
The original TK Twist barrel relies on some pretty precise engineering and tight tolerances in order to properly make the "cushion" of air for the BB to "float" on out of the barrel. So clones with looser tolerances aren't going to perform as well just because they need to cut costs somewhere. In fact it might perform worse than a kinked to hell 6.08 barrel but it might perform badly consistently (ie. BB always curves in one direction or right no matter how much you play with the hop up and cant the barrel and such). As for the second hop up bucking. That's an "H" bucking and already been done before so it's nothing new. In fact there's the Concave spacer now too (SCS/Shredders Concave Spacer (the original) and the PCS/Polarstar Concave Spacer too).

But that's for the nub on the exterior isnt it? This bucking has it built inside of it.

Yes but the double nub bucking has already been done, a long time ago.
