Hop up jamming

I have a SHS blue bucking installed in my M4 and the BB's seem to jam. I looked at the lips on the rubber and they seem really thick? Could it be the bucking or the bb's?

I have two of the same buckings at first I tried both and seated them properly same problem both times.

Rubber is too thick. Modify buckings have the same issue. Those buckings need a break in period before they work. Lube them up and your bbs. Empty a full high cap mag through the gun and see if that works. Another way is to pre-stretch the lips so they are wide enough to pass a bb through.
