good info. would have been nice to see it before but I did pretty much what they suggested.

when I replaced my action arms I fully cleaned and inspected all the orings but since I was too lazy to search my pile of assorted orings, I just gave them a silly oil bath and reinstalled them. the one between the gas block and chamber, I just flip it over and installed. no leaks. I figure this one fails the easiest since the chamber rotates and rubs on it. next time I get her open, I'm going to try to file the chamber opening smooth so that it doesn't chop the oring when you rack the shotty.

Yeah that pretty much sums up what i ended up doing to mine originally.

I used Crosman pelgun oil on the seals, too: the stuff is good at stopping small leaks and won't freeze (made for CO2 guns).

just a quick follow up, the deep fire charging handle are good solid steel that won't break but need a little work to fit the acm m500.
